This policy explains how the Poliya mobile app and the poliya.uz service ("Poliya") collect, use and protect personal data. Data controller: [legal entity name], [address].

1. Data we collect

• Account data: the identifier, name and email provided by Google or Apple when you sign in (Apple may hide your email).
• Profile: the name, phone number and app language you enter.
• Bookings: venue, date and time, price, status, notes and booking history.
• Venue owners: venue name, address and map location, photos, working hours, prices and contact phone.
• Device: a Firebase token for push notifications and the device platform (Android or iOS).
• Location: if you use "Near me" search, your device coordinates are sent only for that search and are not stored in your profile.
• Technical logs: IP address, request time and result, for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use data

• to sign you in and keep your account secure;
• to deliver booking requests to venue owners and tell you the outcome;
• to send push notifications about booking status and game reminders;
• to calculate player and venue trust indicators (games played, no-shows, cancellations, response rate);
• to prevent fake listings and abuse.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

3. Who can see your data

• Your phone number, name and trust indicators are visible only to the owner of a venue you sent a booking request to.
• Venue details and the owner's contact phone are public to all users.
• The Poliya team can access data to review venues and resolve disputes.
• Service providers: Google (sign-in and push notifications), Apple (sign-in), hosting provider [provider name].

4. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Delete account. Deletion removes your name, email, phone number, device tokens and favorites, and cancels your future bookings. De-identified records of past bookings may be kept for reporting and dispute resolution.

5. Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Poliya does not store passwords — sign-in is handled by Google or Apple.

6. Children

Poliya is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their data.
