By using the Poliya mobile app and the poliya.uz service ("Poliya") you agree to these terms. Service operator: [legal entity name], [address].

1. The service

Poliya is a platform that connects players and football venue owners to find and book pitches. A booking is an arrangement between the venue owner and the player; Poliya does not take payments — you pay at the venue as agreed with the owner.

2. Your account

• You sign in with a Google or Apple account.
• Use your real name and your own phone number in your profile.
• You are responsible for actions taken through your account.

3. Players

• A booking request becomes a booking only after the owner confirms it. If the owner does not respond within the time shown in the app, the request is cancelled automatically.
• You can cancel a confirmed booking up to the deadline shown in the app; after that, contact the venue owner.
• No-shows and cancellations are reflected in your trust indicator and are visible to venue owners.

4. Venue owners

• Venue details, prices and working hours must be accurate and up to date; photos must show the real venue and you must have the right to use them.
• New venues are published after review by the Poliya team; venues that do not meet requirements may be rejected or suspended with a stated reason.
• Respond to requests on time. Cancel confirmed bookings only for a valid reason; unanswered requests and cancellations are reflected in the venue's trust indicator.

5. Prohibited

• sending fake bookings or bookings not intended for play;
• acting on behalf of someone else or listing venues that do not exist;
• interfering with the service, using automated requests or malicious software.

Poliya may block accounts or venues that violate these terms without notice.

6. Liability

Poliya is provided "as is". Venue owners and players are responsible for the condition and safety of the venue and for what happens during a game. Poliya will help the parties resolve disagreements where it can.
